We respect your privacy! Dairy Meadow Soaps does not provide client information to other companies or agencies, unless in connection with legal requirements. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Ordering Policies and Client Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, or password. Dairy Meadow Soaps reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel an order, refuse service, terminate your account, and/or refuse to ship to certain addresses.

Prices on the Website and Payment
Due to the nature of the essential oil and carrier oil market, price commitment is made upon the placement of your order only. Prices do change occasionally, we endeavor to keep our website prices updated on a daily basis. Dairy Meadow Soaps accepts payment via Visa, Master card, Discover through PayPal.

Shipping
We ship most orders within the Continental United States by USPS Priority Mail. In some cases, we use UPS. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days. Shipping charges will be added to the total of the order during checkout and will include insurance.

Note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Dairy Meadow Soaps is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order. Estimated international shipping time is 10-14 days but has taken up to a month. Length of time may vary based on international conflicts and issues.

Dairy Meadow Soaps is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, may exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations must be within 2 hours following order completion. Once the order has been mailed, we will require full payment. Most orders are processed the same day they are received and mailed the next business day.

Order Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not been packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the addition may need to be considered a new order.

Return Policy
All essential oils and related products purchased through Dairy Meadow Soaps are non-refundable unless defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. All sales should be considered final.

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item please contact us immediately to arrange return. We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on defective items in their original packaging. Returns must be received by Dairy Meadow Soaps within 15 days of the original order to qualify for this guarantee.

Insurance Claims
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.

Product Accuracy
Dairy Meadow Soaps attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing or representing products on the website. However, Dairy Meadow Soaps does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the website are complete, current, or error free.

Liability
Dairy Meadow Soaps shall, under no circumstance, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from, or in connection to, the use, misuse, or inability to use the materials and products available on said website. In no event shall Dairy Meadow Soaps total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the materials or products.
